Port Arthur’s Neighbors Emergency Center, located on FM 365 is transitioned to the ownership of Exceptional
Healthcare Inc. The center will continue to involve with the local community and provide exceptional emergency
care to the community with experienced and local staff.

Exceptional Emergency Center – Port Arthur is a freestanding ER that provides emergency healthcare 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, with a fully-equipped lab, onsite CT & Xray services, and emergency team. The center
offers high-level emergency care with the little-to-no wait time, state-of-the-art ER equipment, board-certified
physicians, and highly experienced nurses.
